What an unforgettable night in New Orleans where Super Bowl MVP quarterback Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles won a thrilling Super Bowl title over the Kansas City Chiefs. And now Disney fans will have a chance to join the celebration with the most magical tradition in sports because as the confetti fell and joy filled the air at the Caesars Superdome on Sunday night, Hurts shouted the famous words we all love – “I’m Going to Disney World!’’

Hurts made that famous proclamation on the field immediately after the big game where the energy was electric with cheers ringing out and colorful confetti flying through the air. Our Disney camera crews were there to capture that memorable moment for our iconic Super Bowl commercial, which you can catch in English, Spanish, and Portuguese across social media and TV right now.

Now, the celebration is heading to The Most Magical Place On Earth: Walt Disney World Resort. Get ready, because Hurts is about to be the star of a fantastic day filled with thrilling attractions, spectacular entertainment, and magical moments with our popular Disney characters. And it all leads up to a festive parade down Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom, complete with colorful floats and thousands of cheering fans and guests!

Hurts is the second Eagles player to celebrate an NFL championship at a Disney Park. The tradition started back in 1987 with New York Giants quarterback Phil Simms being the first to say “I’m Going to Disney World” after winning the Super Bowl. Over the years, many of the game’s greatest players have followed in those footsteps.

During the big game Sunday night, Hurts shined bright, leading his team to victory against the two-time defending champion Kansas City Chiefs. The MVP threw two touchdowns passes and ran for another score. Hurts also set a new Super Bowl record for the most rushing yards by a quarterback with 72 yards on 11 carries. It was Eagles domination from start to finish and a performance that is truly worthy of magical celebration.

“E-A-G-L-E-S, Go Eagles!”

Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts led the popular Philadelphia Eagles cheer from atop a parade float Monday afternoon at Magic Kingdom Park. Thousands of fans joined the star quarterback in the cheer and the moment was just as magical as it sounds, a perfect way to celebrate the Eagles’ NFL championship.

Walt Disney World cast members with Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts at Magic Kingdom

Walt Disney World cast members were treated to an unforgettable experience— a front-row spot to the pre-parade at Magic Kingdom. These devoted football fans got the chance to score a truly magical moment planned for Disney cast members.

“I’m a lifelong Eagles fan and since I can’t be on Broad Street on Friday, this is the next best thing. I think it’s amazing, I don’t think any other company does this for their employees and any little thing that they can do, it just builds your morale and makes you happy, it’s awesome.” – Walt Disney World Cast Member Kristy

Our Disney cameras captured the moment and the rest of Hurts’ visit to Walt Disney World Resort, including a thrilling ride on TRON Lightcycle / Run and a special meet and greet with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. And Jalen shared the festive day with family and friends who joined him throughout his time at The Most Magical Place On Earth where he celebrated the biggest moment of his career.

Just like the NFL stars who shouted “I’m Going to Disney World!” before him, Hurts also made sure the fans and Disney cast members were part of the celebration. The MVP addressed the crowd, thanking them for their season-long support. And after the parade he took time to take photos with fans and cast members.
