More Magic with MagicBand+
It’s time to tap into the fun! Panelists Kay and Wes head over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to answer one of our most-asked questions: “How can I use my MagicBand+?”
Whether you’re a first-time guest or a seasoned pro, MagicBand+ is a handy tool that brings extra convenience to your Walt Disney World trip. With just a tap of the wrist, you can enter the theme parks, access Lightning Lane entrances, link Disney PhotoPass photos, and even unlock the door to your Disney Resort hotel room.
MagicBand+ also offers interactive features that respond to your surroundings. As you explore the parks, your band can light up, vibrate, and even sync with select entertainment offerings. Over in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Wes gives the Batuu Bounty Hunters experience a try, using his MagicBand+ to search for the bounty hidden throughout Black Spire Outpost. Spoiler: he takes his role as planDisney’s resident bounty hunter very seriously.

Early Entry, Extra Fun
While MagicBand+ helps you make the most of your time in the parks, did you know there’s a way to start the fun even earlier? In the next video, panelist Shonette joins Wes to answer a popular planDisney question: “What is Early Theme Park Entry?”
If you’re staying at a Disney Resort hotel or a select nearby hotel, early entry gives you access to the Walt Disney World theme parks 30 minutes before official opening time, every day of your stay (even on check-in and check-out days!)
During the early entry window, select attractions, merchandise, and food & beverage locations are open, giving you extra time to play, shop, or grab a bite. Be sure to check the Walt Disney World website or My Disney Experience app while planning your park morning for the most up-to-date list of available offerings.
By utilizing this perk, you can hit some of your must-do attractions bright and early and have more time to relax and unwind at your Resort in the afternoon. Now that’s a Disney day done right!
