Guten tag!
If you’ve ever found yourself daydreaming about the delightful flavors of EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion after a well-deserved Disney World vacation, you’re not alone.
In between bites of bratwurst doused with sauerkraut and refreshing sips of ice-cold German beer, this charming corner of EPCOT has become well-known for its hearty cuisine, refreshing brews, and lively traditions. It’s also the place to celebrate Oktoberfest at Disney World, with several locations offering year-round, savory flavors and German pours that will transport you straight to the heart of Bavaria.
This year, Germany’s beloved Schinkennudeln dish is back as part of Emile’s Fromage Montage during the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. In honor of this fan-favorite festival’s 30th anniversary, this cheesy pasta dish is one of 30 items that have returned or been reimagined from years past, giving you another chance to enjoy a longtime EPCOT classic.
Pair this with a German beer, save room for apple strudel, and you’ll have a tasting experience that will blow your mind. If you’re ready to recreate this favorite plate at home, get ready to grab your ingredients and take a look at the recipe below.

To add protein to this dish, add 2 cups of diced ham to the macaroni mixture before baking.
Germany has long been one of my favorite culinary corners around World Showcase, especially when grabbing a bite to eat and just enjoying the atmosphere and ambience in this special area of the park.
