Hear ye, hear ye! World Princess Week has officially arrived, and we have so much to celebrate!
Earlier this month, Disney kicked off its new Disney Princess “Create Your World” campaign, which encourages fans to embrace their inner Princess magic to create the world they envision and to start making their dreams a reality.
This World Princess Week and beyond, Disney Princess fans of all ages can experience new opportunities to create their worlds by interacting with beloved characters through new and recently released Disney Princess products and experiences.

A few days ago, the Disney Consumer Products team kicked off the World Princess Week celebrations early with Create Your World – A Disney Princess Regal Experience – a two-day event at Disneyland Resort where invited guests were immersed into the worlds of our beloved Disney Princess characters and learned how Disney creates them – from the screen, to the theme parks, to products.
Attendees were also greeted by a surprise appearance from Disney Legends – Disney Princess voice talent Anika Noni Rose (Tiana), Jodi Benson (Ariel), Linda Larkin (Jasmine), and Paige O’Hara (Belle). It was a true celebration of all things Princess, with the latest and greatest Disney Princess products.
And let’s talk about more merch! If you’ve ever wondered what your favorite Disney Princess would wear on the red carpet, Mattel has got you covered! Episodes 1-5 are now available to watch, with the grand series finale premiering during World Princess Week.
Disney Store Times Square celebrated the kickoff of World Princess Week this past Sunday, Aug. 25 with their own magical Princess soirée. The Disney Princess: Create Your World Event was filled with fun and imagination throughout the afternoon including Princess story time hosted by special guest Arielle Jacobs, former ‘Princess Jasmine’ in Disney’s “Aladdin on Broadway,” activities, gift card drawing, and a curation of favorite Princess styles and products from Disney Store and DisneyStore.com.
