Savannah Bananas Come to Disneyland on May 28

You’re in for a peel treat – the Savannah Bananas have arrived at Disneyland Resort for a one-day-only experience, and they’ve completely knocked it out of the park. After all, they’re not called The Greatest Show in Sports for nothing! Let’s look at all the fun happening throughout the day…Some might even call it a bit bananas.  

When at Disneyland, you can’t skip on your favorite attraction– and the Savannah Bananas feel the same way! During their visit, they were eager to ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Not only did they have a blast, but we made sure to capture their good side with some a-peeling photos! 

The Bananas aren’t the only team visiting Disneyland – the Firefighters are in town, making a pit stop before their big game at Angel Stadium! They couldn’t pass up the opportunity to meet the famous Disneyland Fire Department, including Hank, the longest standing employee at the Walt Disney Company. What a flame-tastic moment!  

In true Bananas fashion, the team put on their yellowest attire to perform a special dance number of “Hey Baby” (an all-time fan favorite) in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. Who ever thought you’d see a bunch of bananas dancing at The Happiest Place on Earth? 

We also made sure to give the team some un-peel-ievably delicious delights that drove their taste buds bananas! They munched on the Banana Sno-Ball, the Banoffee Tart and Banana Split Churros that further banana-fied their day (bananas eating bananas is funny if you ask me). If you’re craving some mouthwatering themed treats, make sure to check out all the banana bites at Disneyland. 

To celebrate the Savannah Banana’s exciting visit, Bananas players danced their way down Main Street, U.S.A for a special cavalcade. It was truly a sight to see!

Get ready to go bananas with a team that’s taking the world by storm! The Greatest Show in Sports, the Savannah Bananas, are coming to Disneyland park. On May 28, 2025, Disneyland Resort will offer a one-day-only experience featuring special entertainment moments and themed food and beverages that will be sure to excite both Disney and Banana Ball fans alike.  

The team made the announcement in true Bananas fashion with a special appearance from Mickey Mouse at their home game in Savannah, Georgia. 

Their upcoming visit on May 28 to Disneyland park comes just in time as Disneyland Resort begins its 70^th celebration, and right before their road games vs. the Firefighters at Angel Stadium on May 30-31, 2025.
