Get ready for a shopping experience like no other! At this year’s D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Mickey’s of Glendale, the Walt Disney Imagineering store, is gearing up (pun intended) to bring you a treasure trove of collections showcasing the incredible work and talent of Disney Imagineers.
From Disney characters to iconic theme park attractions, guests can expect to find unique and creative collections that capture the essence of Disney magic.
No Imagineering shopping experience would be complete without an appearance by Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey. This year, the collection includes pieces inspired by the comic book world of Walt Disney’s “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.” For this collection, Imagineers have infused the whimsy and vibrancy of the classic comic into a dazzling array of modern products.

One of the highlights is the Imagineer Spotlight collection, featuring designs from seven Imagineers. Inspired by the projects Imagineers have poured their hearts into and their boundless passion for creativity, these pieces are available across a variety of products.

Lead Concept Designer Mike Quinn’s design for the Imagineer Spotlight collection draws inspiration from his recent work on Tokyo DisneySea’s newest themed port, Fantasy Springs. Mike’s work with Walt Disney Imagineering spans the globe and covers a broad spectrum of media design, including visual effects, animation, motion graphics and illustration.
“The opportunity to play a part in the creation of Fantasy Springs has been a highlight of my Imagineering journey,” shared Mike. “The enchantment and delight of this captivating new port provide the inspiration for this collection.”
For fans of The Muppets, there’s a special treat in store. Producer Dani Iglesias has designed exclusive artwork celebrating the studio’s 70th anniversary, including a stunning tribute to “The Muppet Movie.”
A self-described nerd, Dani has known she would work for Disney since she was a kid. Over her 15 years with The Walt Disney Company, she’s worn many hats, from concierge hostess at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort to communications specialist for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Dani became an Imagineer in 2018, contributing to design strategy for projects like Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and the Society of Explorers and Adventurers. Now, as a producer for The Muppets Studio, Dani leads creative efforts for merchandise illustration, character and brand positioning, and new project development.
