Beginners Guide to the Disney Treasure

planDisney Pocket Guide: Disney Treasure

Are you ready to plan your next family adventure? Look no further than the Disney Treasure! The Disney Treasure embarked on its maiden voyage in December 2024 with all-new experiences that bring Disney adventures to life like never before, and there’s something for cruisers of all ages to enjoy. Here’s a look at some of the offerings you’ll find on board this new ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet:

Themed Dining Experiences

Rotational dining is a Disney Cruise Line tradition that allows your family to enjoy all three immersive dining experiences on board. Your incredible service team will rotate with you to a different table service restaurant each night. As part of your rotational dining experience on the Disney Treasure, you’ll be transported to the golden age of animation at 1923, assemble for two superhero-inspired dining experiences at Worlds of Marvel, and join Miguel and his familia for two lively nights of entertainment at Plaza de Coco.

Broadway-Style Entertainment at Sea

You won’t want to miss the exciting lineup of Broadway-style shows at the Walt Disney Theatre. Showing exclusively on the Disney Treasure is the brand-new “Disney The Tale of Moana.” This first-ever stage adaption of the iconic Walt Disney Animation Studios film debuted with larger-than-life puppetry, immersive set design, and an original song just for the Disney Treasure. Returning favorites include the beloved classic “Beauty and the Beast” and the Disney Cruise Line original musical, “Disney Seas the Adventure.”

Disney Parks-Inspired Bars and Lounges

The Disney Treasure is the first ship to bring Disney Parks experiences to sea with three themed bars and lounges. The Haunted Mansion Parlor is an immersive experience that brings the mysterious lore of the iconic Haunted Mansion attraction to life. Head to this ghostly retreat for a sympathetic libation or a chilling cocktail and watch the happy haunts materialize around you.

If you love Disney Parks history, you won’t want to miss Periscope Pub. This lounge is a nod to the classic Walt Disney World Resort attraction, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. And located just off the Grand Hall is Skipper Society, a lounge inspired by the world-famous Jungle Cruise attraction. These spaces are adult-exclusive at night, but voyagers and skippers of all ages can visit during the day for a variety of family-friendly activities, so be sure to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the latest entertainment schedule!

Just for Kids

While adults take advantage of the bars, lounges, and other adult-exclusive spaces, younger crew members can enjoy age-appropriate, supervised fun at the Kids Clubs. Disney’s Oceaneer Club is home to interactive themed experiences for kids ages 3 to 10, like the Walt Disney Imagineering Lab where aspiring Imagineers can get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring Disney magic to life. Tweens and teens also have their own dedicated spaces, Edge and Vibe, on board to relax and unwind.

Poolside Fun

Whether you want to go for a swim or just get your feet wet, the entire family can make a splash at the pool deck with six pools of various depths and sizes. Once all that fun has worked up an appetite, you are just steps away from Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods. This poolside dining location offers a variety of quick bites from tasty American classics to Mexican-inspired fare, and even soft-serve ice cream.
