Hey there, folks! It’s time to round up your crew because a new limited-time pop-up is coming to The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park on October 4, with reservations opening September 29, and it’s worth riding into town for.
So, pull up a chair and get ready to dig in because I’ve got a first look at the full frontier fare.
We’ve got a slew of new acts fresh off the skillet certain to be crowd-pleasers. Feast on shareable plates such as the delicious Sweet Golden Corn Fritters (talk about comfort food!), and the hearty Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends served with warm tortilla chips.
Cleaned your plates? Wash it down with an all-new lineup of pours. For travelers of all ages, whet your whistle with the Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream, Barq’s Root Beer with a smooth and creamy twist, and the Orange Cream Soda, Fanta Orange blended with vanilla and cream for a deliciously citrusy take on a classic.
For my fellow huckleberry enthusiasts, you won’t want to miss the High Plains Huckleberry cocktail, complete with 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka, crème de cassis liqueur, lemon juice, and cranberry. Looking for something bolder? Sip on the Coal’d Fashioned which boasts Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon with Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters, and Angostura bitters for a pour that goes down real smooth.
I don’t know about you, but this certainly has my boots stompin’ and my stomach grumblin’! Saddle up because it’s time to look at the kitchen’s newest headliners.
